The group's panel system and an independent ThermaSteel distributor for New England. ThermaSteel's patented process bonds light-gauge steel to EPS, so one panel does the framing, insulation, sheathing and vapour barrier. No thermal bridging, no rot, a non-combustible assembly with a two-hour load-bearing rating, and heating and cooling costs cut by 75% or more over conventional framing. One framer and two helpers close in an average house in about three days.

RK Parisi Enterprises, Inc. is a privately held, family-run holding company headquartered in Keene, New Hampshire. The enterprise began in 2012, when Robert Parisi founded PoshHaus with a straightforward thesis: the kitchen and the bathroom are not merely functional spaces but a reflection of the client's personal style, and they deserve to be specified with the same rigour as the structure around them.
That thesis scaled. What started as a curated online catalogue of best-in-class kitchen and bath products has grown into six operating divisions spanning luxury retail, our own product line, panelized structure, trade supply, design-build delivery and prefab housing. More than 200,000 satisfied customers later, it is still run out of one building on Emerald Street.
That building matters to us. 104 Emerald Street is a timber-framed building from 1910, for years the home of Keene Industrial Paper Co. (Kipco), a family business founded in 1952 that many people in Keene remember. After Kipco closed in 2017 the building sat empty for four years and was falling into disrepair. RK Parisi bought it in 2021 and gave it the love it needed: two years of rehabilitation that included raising the building and installing new sprinklers, working through a demanding code process with the City of Keene, then a 2024 showroom remodel with new flooring, glass walls, new displays and a touch-screen design center.

No. At Builders Fixtures, trade and retail customers pay the same transparent price. Contractors get service advantages instead: in-stock fulfilment, same-day pickup, next-business-day quotes and a contractor lane that opens at 7a.

abodeMOD designs prefab home and ADU shell kits built from ThermaSteel panels: seven designs from a 560 sq ft two-bedroom ADU to 2,681 sq ft family homes. Kits come as Pro or Deluxe panel packages with curbside delivery in the Northeast, and your contractor, or Shop Design Build, finishes the roof, windows, doors and interiors.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. PoshHaus offers financing and a price-match guarantee, and Builders Fixtures offers Affirm financing at checkout with free ground shipping on orders over $99.
Do you install, or just sell?
Both. Shop Design Build is a licensed and insured New Hampshire general contractor for kitchens, baths, additions and new homes, and PoshHaus Stone templates and installs countertops and vanity tops across the state. If you have your own builder, every division sells product on its own too.
Who installs ThermaSteel panels?
Your own framer, in almost every case. Training takes under two hours for a crew that has framed before, and the only power tool needed is a screw gun. Panels are numbered to match the drawings, and every piece of hardware ships with the package.
Can you build with panels in a New England winter?
Yes. Nothing in a steel and EPS panel needs to dry, cure or acclimatise, and once the shell is closed you can heat and work inside within days.
How long does a panelized project take?
Shop drawings take two to four weeks once ThermaSteel Northeast has your plans, then manufacturing and delivery. On site, an average house shell goes up in about three days, and you get a firm date before you commit.
