Reviving a Keene building with deep local history.
After owning and maintaining 310 Marlboro Street from 2017, RK Parisi sold it in 2021 and invested in 104 Emerald Street, a building with deep history in Keene. The group spent two years remodelling and rehabilitating it, and it reopened in 2023 as the headquarters and showroom for every division.
In 2024 the showroom was remodelled again: new flooring, glass walls, new hardware and displays, and the touch-screen design center for designing kitchens with clients.
