Robert Parisi founded PoshHaus in 2012 with a straightforward thesis: the kitchen and the bathroom are a reflection of the people who live with them, and they deserve to be specified with the same rigour as the structure around them.
From that single online storefront he built a Keene showroom, a contractor supply house, the New England Home Goods product line, a regional panel-system distributorship, a design-build firm and a prefab housing company: six divisions that now share one warehouse, one standard and one phone number.
Robert brings more than 25 years of experience across finance, operations and e-commerce. He has managed more than $500 million in sales, overseen multi-million-dollar advertising budgets and led teams of up to 75 people, with deep expertise in P&L management, ERP implementation, vendor negotiations and strategic growth.
Through ThermaSteel Northeast and abodeMOD he is bringing advanced building systems to New England that shorten construction timelines, cut carbon footprints and make energy-efficient housing more attainable. He also founded the MagnateOZ Opportunity Zone Fund, which applies the same thinking to housing access, community revitalization and sustainability.

Kat is a licensed New Hampshire Realtor with Epique Realty and brings a background in agriculture, production, interior design and the arts to the group's housing work. She is the lead Realtor for the Farm-to-Table Community at Adams Farm, and connects buyers, builders and the community so every project is both livable and sustainable.
Boston leads technology and digital operations across the group's websites and online stores. Over the past four years he has built and scaled multiple e-commerce platforms and put AI-driven optimization to work across operations, and his background in graphic design and IT shapes digital experiences that look sharp and convert.
Fletcher runs physical operations, from complex installations to high-stakes projects on site. First on site and last to leave, he brings focus and reliability to every job and carries the family's standard forward for clients and the community.
No outside shareholders to answer to. Decisions are made in Keene, by the people who live with the results, for the long term.
